On November 29, 2021, at 8:23pm, a thief stole a package from Tempe resident Jenn's house near College and Mckellips in Tempe, Arizona.
“Barnacle Bill” parked in front with his car door open and casually walked to and from the porch while taking the package, which contained an outfit Jenn had intended for Christmas.
He appeared to be a bald white male with tattoo sleeves.
