On Friday, November 19, at 1:18pm, near 24th Ave and Thomas Rd, a thief stole a package from the doorstep of Phoenix resident Jordan's house.
The thief appeared to be a high school aged female. She has hair that is dyed pink on the left side and a bicycle that is either pink or red.
