On February 10, 2020, at 10:42am, near 51st Ave and W Union Hills Dr, a thief made off with a package from the doorstep of a Valley home.
The package contained custom shelves that Jaycee had ordered from a small business owner on Etsy.
The thief appeared to be a young black man wearing a light blue or gray t-shit, white pants, and black sneakers with white soles.
